  • What type of at-home workouts do you offer?

    All of our in-studio class formats are offered on Virtual, with the addition of shorter 'express' workouts such as 20-min HIIT, 15-min abs, and more. These are great add ons or a substitutes when you're in a time crunch. We maximize EVERY minute-- no matter the workout.

  • Do I need a lot of equipment?

    Most of our classes can be done without equipment. You can get creative with household items (soup caps, water jugs, laundry detergent, etc.) if you do not have access to weights. At the start of each video we will
